About the Role:

As a Retail Sales and Marketing Assistant, you’ll be the face of the brand interacting with customers, presenting products, and representing our clients with excellence.
You’ll work closely with our leadership team, learning how to master sales psychology, marketing strategies, and team leadership from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent brands in retail and promotional environments.

Engage customers face-to-face to drive sales and awareness.

Deliver excellent customer experiences and product knowledge.

Work within a dynamic team to meet daily and weekly sales targets.

Participate in workshops, coaching sessions, and leadership training.

Contribute to company growth by applying entrepreneurial thinking.
