KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Documentation Control:
    • Manage and control all quality-related documentation including procedures, work instructions, forms, and records.
    • Ensure documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible to relevant personnel.
    • Implement document control procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Management System (QMS) Support:
    • Support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the QMS.
    • Assist in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to quality and report on trends or issues.
  • Training and Compliance:
    • Coordinate training sessions on quality procedures and processes.
    • Monitor training compliance and maintain training records.
    • Provide guidance and support to departments to ensure understanding and adherence to quality requirements.
  • Quality Assurance Support:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance plans and activities.
    • Participate in quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
    • Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction through data analysis and collaboration with teams.
    • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • National Diploma or equivalent in Quality or Business Administration with relevant work experience.
  • Experience in a quality assurance or quality control, preferably in an engineering, manufacturing or aerospace industry would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and document control software.
