Inherent requirements:MatricMinimum 12 years' experience in the Temporary Employment Service (TES) IndustryMinimum 8 years' experience at Senior Sales Management levelProven track record of managing national sales teams and achieving significant revenue growthDemonstrated success in personally securing major TES contracts on a national levelExperience managing and growing key accounts with annual values exceeding R50 MillionTrack record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving new business developmentExpert knowledge of the TES industry landscape, competitive environment and market trendsComprehensive understanding of the Labour Relations Act (LRA), Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Bargaining Councils, and Sectoral DeterminationsPrevious Industrial Relations (IR) experience and thorough knowledge of IR proceduresStrong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate complex contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLA)Ability to conduct high-impact presentations at the C-Suite and Board level to secure major contractsExceptional leadership and people management skillsStrategic thinker with strong business development instinctsExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Strong networking and relationship-building capabilitiesResults-driven with a strong focus on headhuntingComputer literate (MS Office, CRM Systems)Must be willing to travel extensively on a national basisDuties and Responsibilities:Strategic Sales LeadershipDevelop and execute the national sales strategy in alignment with company objectivesLead, manage, and mentor national sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue targetsSet ambitious yet achievable sales targets and KPI's for the sales teamConduct regular performance reviews and implement performance improvement plans where necessaryDrive a high-performance sales culture focused on results, accountability and continuous improvementProvide ongoing sales training, coaching and development to sales staffConduct sales training sessions and provide industry-related training to sales teamsBusiness Development and Client AcquisitionPersonally identify, pursue and close major TES opportunities on a national levelDevelop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunitiesTarget and secure contracts with blue-chip companies and major corporationsLead complex tender processes in collaboration with the Tenders departmentParticipate in tender clarification meetings and presentationsNetwork extensively to identify market opportunities and build industry relationshipsAttend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the companyClient Relationship ManagementManage and grow relationships with key national accountsAct as the primary contact for strategic clients at the senior leadership levelEnsure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction across all national accountsConduct regular client reviews and identify opportunities for account expansionPartner with operational teams to ensure seamless service deliveryResolve escalated client issues and concerns effectivelyRevenue and Budget ManagementTake full accountability for achieving national sales revenue targetsDevelop annual sales budgets and forecastsMonitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions as neededEnsure profitability of new business through effective pricing and contract negotiationReport regularly on sales performance, pipeline status, and market intelligence to execute managementCollaboration and ReportingWork closely with Branch Managers, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure alignmentCollaborate with Marketing to develop effective sales collateral and campaignsProvide market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform business strategyMaintain accurate records in CRM Systems and provide regular management reportsEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures and sales governanceCharacter Traits:TenaciousStructured and systematicSelf-propelled and results-orientedInnovative and proactive approach to problem solvingAmbitiousAnalytical thinker Solutions drivenConfident and assertiveAttention to detailIntegrity and dependability Ability to stick to time constraintsStrong leadership qualities with an ability to motivate and guide a sales teamWorking hours: 08h00 - 16h30 (Monday to Friday) Overtime and after-hours client engagement as required.
