Minimum Requirements:Grade 12 or equivalentTrade Tested CertificateValid drivers licence (essential)Strong maintenance skills with basic plumbing & electrical knowledgeBasic HACCP and Pre-requisite Programme (ISOPE01) knowledgeIn-depth knowledge of HACCP Plan for glass and BIB filling (ISOPH02)Able to be on stand by every 3rd week (Monday Sunday)Duties and Responsibilities: Machine, Equipment & VehiclesPreventative maintenance & breakdown responseMinor part fabricationMaintain tools, registers & order sparesLiaise with service providersComplete QMS maintenance records Buildings & GroundsBuilding and grounds repairsBasic plumbing & electrical fixes Quality ManagementFollow all QMS & GMP proceduresSupport security and quality activities Health, Safety & HousekeepingSanitation testing & CCP controlMaintain clean workshopAdhere to PPE & safety standardsMonitor contractors and uphold housekeeping PLEASE NOTE: Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
