We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join a well-established automotive company in Mpumalanga. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the reception area, answer calls, and direct inquiries to the relevant departments.
- Schedule appointments and handle bookings for service or sales departments.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data capturing, and record keeping.
- Ensure the reception area is neat and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous reception or administrative experience in the automotive or similar industry.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset and a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer systems.
- Grade 12 qualification.
