We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner - Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual - Maintain a tidy and organized reception area - Schedule appointments and meetings - Assist with various administrative tasks as needed - Monitor and order office supplies - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Experience within motor industry (advantage) Previous experience in a similar role (preferred) Ability to work under pressure and willing to learn Able to start work from 7am Strong computer literacy Must reside in/around Nelspruit Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Professional appearance and demeanor Apply: jobsisc.org.za Reference Reception & Front Desk, Nelspruit Ideal & Selected Candidates Communication will be limited to shortlisted candidates only.
