Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Foreign Exchange Dealing and Administration candidate to join their team. The ideal candidate will assist in executing foreign exchange transactions, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and providing exceptional support to clients. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of foreign exchange transactions.
  • Monitor and manage foreign exchange rates and market trends.
  • Prepare and process documentation related to foreign exchange deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the foreign exchange team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to foreign exchange activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A keen interest in financial markets and foreign exchange.
  • Previous experience or internships in finance or foreign exchange (preferred but not required).

 

Salary: R CTC per month.

Location: Stellenbosch (in office)

Start Date: As soon as possible.
