If you are positive, driven, and seeking a long-term career with a prestigious global employer, this may be your perfect fit.Role Summary:You will be supporting one of their key clients in delivering exceptional customer service via email, chat, and phone.Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries professionally via email, chat, and callsResolve escalated issues quickly and effectivelyMaintain accurate records and update CRM systemsProvide feedback on customer pain pointsCollaborate with internal teams to improve service deliverySupport customer retention by building strong relationshipsStay current on product knowledge and company updatesRequirements:Fluent in English (written and spoken)Minimum 3+ years’ customer service/admin experienceMatric + tertiary qualification preferred (or equivalent experience)Strong understanding of customer service principlesProficient with CRM software and support toolsExcellent interpersonal and problem-solving skillsAble to work independently and follow processesHigh attention to detailReliable internet (min 20Mbps)Dedicated, quiet home workspaceWillingness to use productivity/time-tracking software Preferred Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google SuiteQuick to learn new systems and processesExposure to AI tools like ChatGPT or GeminiStrong team player with independent working ability Please note: This description provides an overview of the role and may evolve as the role develops.
