Duties & Responsibilities

This function includes but is not limited to:

  • All project coordination activities, resources, equipment and information.
  • Liaise with clients, services manager and internal sales teams to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives of projects.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and coordinate schedule management.
  • Analyse risks and communicate these with relevant parties and ensure proper mitigating actions are implemented.
  • Plan and execute project procurement requirements and deliveries.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  • Measure and report to all stake holders on project performance.
  • Ensure that all budgeting, scheduling and coordination processes run smoothly.
  • Monitor progress of projects to ensure that it is working within the confines of set deadlines and budget limitations and generate progress reports to managers.
  • Attending to any other related tasks on an ad hoc basis
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Matric Certificate and/or any other relevant project management or project controlling qualification.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Advanced computer working skills in word, excel or MS Projects

MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK AFRIKAANS FLUENTLY
