Administration Manager Duties:
  • Manage schedules and deadlines.
  • Leave administration.
  • Reporting and recons.
  • Ensuring that client requirements are met.

  • Monitoring inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
  • Payroll.
  • Finance support (Debtors/Creditors/Pettycash).
  • Maintain positive office morale and plan/facilitate staff birthdays, office events and team building activities.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company.
  • Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space.
  • Assessing staff performance and providing coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Driver contracts and submitting full employment pack to HR.
  • Ensuring that licences/PDPs and asset/fleet lists are up to date on the in-house system.
  • Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
Administration Duties:
  • POD data capturing on in-house system and invoicing.
  • Ensuring POD packs are complete and correct.
  • Liaise with Fleet Managers to ensure outstanding PODs. are requested and received.
  • Matching and requesting outstanding purchase orders.
  • Fuel capturing on in-house system.
  • Weekly fuel recons.
  • Scanning and filing.
  • Ensuring client requirements are met.
  • Queries.
  • Fines.
  • Licence/PDP administration.
