Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, and develop robust investment structures to drive sustainable asset growth.
  • General Portfolio and Industry Analysis: Conduct industry research and maintain knowledge centre of all research articles
  • Portfolio & Risk Management: Monitor portfolio performance, implement ESG principles, and ensure compliance with corporate governance standards. Conduct regular site visits and engage in value creation activities for portfolio companies.
  • Value Creation: Support management teams in identifying and executing strategic initiatives, drive value creation opportunities, and plan for successful exits.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: B.Com with majors in Accounting, Economics, or Finance preferred. CFA, CA, or other postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in the Small to Mid-Cap investment sector. Experience in building financial models will be an advantage. Previous experience in a similar position will be an advantage
  • Skills: Strong financial modeling, analytical thinking, and business acumen. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
