THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE IS TO:Play a key role in enhancing their online presence by crafting high-quality, engaging content for Facebook and Instagram.

Your responsibilities will include capturing real moments from their move sites, producing compelling videos, images, and customer testimonials, and driving brand awareness and lead generation.

Youll also track post-performance, optimize organic and paid campaigns, and ensure all content aligns with their marketing strategies to support business growth.

THE TOP PRIORITIES OF THE ROLE ARE:Brand Consistency & Audience Connection: Ensure all content aligns with the brand identity and messaging while fostering community engagement and trust.

Social Media Growth & Engagement: Increase followers, likes, shares, and comments while boosting overall engagement rates across Facebook and Instagram.

Effective Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns that align with business goals and show measurable success in reach and impact.

High-Quality Content Production: Consistently capture and edit engaging videos, images, and testimonials that drive audience engagement and brand visibility.

Lead Generation & Conversion: Track and improve lead generation from social platforms, ensuring inquiries are responded to promptly and conversion rates improve over time.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:Content Creation & Editing
  • Visit move sites to capture high-quality videos, images, and customer testimonials
  • Edit and design engaging content using Canva or other approved editing tools
  • Write compelling captions, post descriptions, and call-to-actions aligned with brand voice
  • Training site supervisors to capture raw content
Social Media Management
  • Upload and schedule content across Facebook and Instagram, Zoho experience a plus
  • Track and analyze engagement, reach, leads generated, and clicks to action
  • Optimize content based on performance metrics and audience insights
  • Manage leads received from social media and respond to clients
  • Manage management's LinkedIn profiles and content posting
Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Collaborate with management to plan and execute campaigns and content calendars
  • Propose creative content ideas and strategies to enhance audience engagement
  • Manage website SEO enhancement
Collaboration & Brand Alignment
  • Work closely with the sales team to align messaging with business objectives
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build community relationships
  • Ensure brand consistency across all posts and marketing materials
Advertising & Performance Tracking
  • Manage ad hoc Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
  • Monitor and report on campaign success, suggesting improvements for future strategies
  • Adjust organic and paid strategies based on performance insights
Website
  • Manage website, update content, and keep relevant
Marketing material
  • Brochures and marketing material


THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE ARE:NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIRMENTS:
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in Content Editing: Solid experience with video and image editing tools (such as Canva or similar) and the ability to create engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms.
  • Social Media Savvy: Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram algorithms, trends, and strategies to drive engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Basic Digital Marketing Knowledge: A working knowledge of SEO strategies and digital marketing principles, with the ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics to refine content.
  • Own Transport & Valid Drivers License: The willingness and flexibility to travel to move sites for content capture, ensuring authentic brand storytelling and real-time engagement.
