Minimum requirements (Essential)Matric plus a 3 years post Matric qualification2 years working experience in Forklift parts environmentMust be fully computer literate (MS Word, Excel, experience on Autoline will be an advantage)DutiesCheck that new stock that arrived in the Parts Store is complete as per purchase order and free from any damagesReceipt stock in Autoline against open purchase order both from local and foreign suppliersVerify that parts numbers are valid and bin in the correct location in the Parts StoreDaily picking of parts as per job card. Verify that the picked parts are the for the correct job and for the correct unit prior to handover to TechniciansGenerate picking slip and pick parts according to WIP, in case of Parts Counter SalesPreparation of Parts Stock orders to be delivered to various Cross Border Customer including packing and wrapping of the palletWarehouse inventory counts to be performed, Including perpetual and annualContinuously maintain the parts inventory by ensuring all bins are properly marked and neatly packedAny parts return to binned immediately, after all procedures have been followedGeneral housekeeping of parts store should be done on daily basis, ensuring that the store is clean and tidyConstantly monitors stock level and inform Parts Manager of items to be re-orderedWill be required to deliver parts to customer as and when the need arisesOther ad-hoc duties, for example filing of picking slips and purchase ordersAssists with ISO/Health and SafetyGrow the parts business / target new customersAchieve targets set for financial year
