We are looking for a Stock Controller in the Auto Parts sector
- Boksburg
- Travel to all branches across SA to conduct stock control
- Rolling Stock counts of all warehouses
- Updating Stock counts on the Syspro system
- After stock take - Use findings and assist in putting corrective actions in place
- The stock Calculation for replenishment of parts from overseas.
- Looking after the stock numbers in the off site warehouse
- Drive the replenishment process of international parts
- Be part of the import clearing process of parts and units
- Be part of the local logistics in moving Units and Stock around the Country
- More detailed smaller jobs
- Returning of parts to Foreign supplier
- Notifying overseas the CEO of international parts short received
- Creation of Stock Codes on the System
- Part of team reviewing the inventory numbers
- Special projects if needed
Education
- Must have Matric Qualification.
- Post matric Inventory and Logistics further studies will be an advantage.
- Must have a high energy level.
- Have at least a code 8 drivers’ licence
- Must want to learn/grow and be dedicated to customer service with high own esteem
- Computer literate
- High Level user of Excel
- Word - able to be good writer.
- Above average verbal and communication skills
