Our client is looking for a people and process-driven professional who can easily adapt and apply their experience of working in a highly regulated type of environment directly into this role.This role isnt about selling its about making the engine run smoothly behind the scenes through providing high-level administration and reporting, co-ordinating sales campaigns, providing sales support and manage aspects of compliance.Why this role?This is a well-defined role with processes already in place. Youll step into a structured environment with room to grow and lead. A great fit for someone whos hands-on, admin-focused, and thrives on getting things done right.What Youll Do:Lead a small team (Sales Supervisor + Broker & Agent Support)Keep processes tight and teams accountableManage existing processes / Implement new processesOversee compliance, administration, reporting, and CRM analysisEnsure agent vetting, onboarding, and training meets FAIS, CPD, POPIA, FICA standardsWork directly with the Director to support operational deliveryMatric6+ years in administration/compliance in a regulated industryTeam leader or supervisor experience (call centre or BPO a plus)Strong with Excel, Word, CRM systems & business writingHighly organised, analytical, and clear communicator✅ What You Bring Matric6+ years in administration/compliance in a regulated industryTeam leader or supervisor experience (call centre or BPO a plus)Strong with Excel, Word, CRM systems & business writingHighly organised, analytical, and clear communicator
