Lead global accounting and financial reporting under IFRS, including consolidation across multiple geographiesOwn revenue recognition under IFRS 15 for complex SaaS, consulting, and hybrid business modelsDrive month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit readinessDesign and implement scalable accounting policies, controls, and processesOversee ERP implementation (NetSuite strongly preferred), integrating with CRM, billing, and FP&A toolsManage finance operations including AR, AP, payroll, treasury, and compliancePartner with auditors, tax advisors, and regulators across multiple jurisdictionsBuild and mentor a high-performing accounting team, supporting business growth and international expansionSkills & Experience:Experience: Minimum 1015 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including at least 35 years in a Controller or equivalent role within a global organisationIndustry: SaaS/technology experience is essential (revenue recognition, subscription models). Exposure to project-based services is advantageousTechnical Skills:Deep knowledge of IFRS (especially IFRS 15)ERP implementation expertise (NetSuite preferred)Strong controls and compliance mindsetLeadership: Proven track record of building and leading teams in international and/or emerging market environments.
