SEO) as well as review systems like HelloPeter and GoogleCreate monthly reports on PR activities, social media and website performanceCollaborate with Human Resources on internal communication activities as well as employer branding and execution: Employee newsletter, staff campaigns Social Media activitiesAdvertising:Execute all advertising and paid campaigns throughout all online and offline channels (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)Research new channels / media to advertise Administer sponsorshipsCreate reports for all advertising activities / paid campaignsCorporate Branding and Identity Assist in maintaining the integrity of the company's' corporate identity by ensuring the pre-determined guidelines are adhered to in the regionCorporate Gifts and Merchandise:Source new items through suppliers, following trends and concepts in corporate gifting and merchandiseManage of client gifts and merchandise for the regionClient Retention and Acquisition Events: Assist in the planning and execute on all regional eventsPlan and execute all the company's client events (not limited to):Plan and coordinate the company rugby suite in JohannesburgPlan and coordinate chamber and networking eventsPlan and execute other client functions like Women's Day, 947 Cycling Challenge, golf daysPlan and execute webinars and online eventsPlan and execute exhibitionsSupport New Business Development:Create and administer sales collateral for the regionSupport new business development with customised company information / client acquisition documentsAgency and Supplier Management:Assist in the management of online and offline agencies, freelancers, and suppliersComplete quality checksAssist with any other Marketing and Communication related tasks to help with the growth of the company's brand in the MEASustainability:Steer the company's decarbonization agenda within responsible regionPropose and drive regional strategies to address various environmental concerns including energy use, conservation, reduction of pollution, recycling, building and facility design, and general education on sustainabilityIdentify potential investment and risk / return on new projects that will expedite 2045 net-zero goalIdentify creative ways in which the company can balance business obligations with the goal of respecting, supporting, and improving the local and regional environmentsConducts research to identify regional environmental and sustainability concerns, interests, and issues in the regionsDevelops and maintains appropriate documentation and records including budgets and other financialsAct as interface with external parties and represent the company on Sustainability topicsCreate regional community, share, and learn best practice from each otherDevelop relationship with NGOs within the region for potential projects/ partnership that's in line with global strategyRepresent Company's sustainability agenda with stakeholders within the regionsImplement our global policies to ensure that the company is environmentally and socially responsibleMake sure, that our employees/managers understand the importance of sustainable (management) practicesProvide exceptional support to our customers to build trust, confidence in our expertise, and reputationTrack and analyse trends in Sustainability and in customers' industriesThis description is a general statement of required major duties and responsibilities performed on a regular and continuous basis.
