Candidate Requirements:
  • FGASA Level 1 minimum
  • Back up trails (advantage)
  • Must have a valid first aid, ARH and PDP
  • Minimum of 2 years guiding and previous guiding experience in a game reserve
  • Must have previous management experience and management of a team
  • Must have outstanding interaction, admin and communication skills
  • Must be able to stay calm in stressful situations and work well under pressure
  • Have the ability to overcome challenges and solve problems
  • Must have a high sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Must be commitment to the environment and making a positive contribution to wildlife conservation through detailed research and data collection
Live-in position with meals.

Work Mondays to Fridays, but stay in camp over weekends. 18 working days leave.
