Requirements- Relevant qualification in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.- 25 years experience in continuous improvement within FMCG, manufacturing, or a similar environment.- Knowledge of HR and payroll processes is an advantage.- Strong working knowledge of the 20 Keys methodology.- Advanced MS Office proficiency (especially Excel).- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is beneficial.
