Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
  • Making data-informed decisions to drive performance
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
  • Achieving sales quotas and goals
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Responding to client queries, both operational and technical, swiftly and professionally
  • Maintaining sales records timeously and to the required level of detail
  • Actively developing client relationships to expand the range of products sold
  • Establish oneself as the Clients most reliable supplier

Requirements:

  • Related tertiary qualification
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales, a minimum of 5 years of demonstratable experience in sales
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Excellent selling and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Sense of commitment and urgency when dealing with Client queries
  • Desire to continuously please the client and exceed expectations
  • IQ retail experience
