Your Responsibilities:
As an Investment Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by taking charge of both business development and transaction execution. Your skills in deal structuring and project management will be put to the test as you identify promising opportunities and turn them into successful investments. Your expertise will help us make informed decisions that contribute to our mission of fostering economic growth and development.

 

Required Experience / Skills:

Minimum of 3 years' experience: We're seeking candidates who have honed their skills and gained valuable insights in the finance realm. Your experience will be a cornerstone of your success in this role.
Deal Structuring: A keen eye for structuring deals that maximize value while mitigating risks will be a crucial asset in this position.
Project Management: Effective project management skills will enable you to navigate complex investments with finesse, ensuring every step is executed seamlessly.
Corporate Finance Generalist: Your broad understanding of corporate finance, coupled with your private equity experience, will equip you to thrive in our diverse investment landscape.

 

Qualifications:

A graduate degree, preferably a BCom in Accounting, CA, CFA, or an equivalent qualification.
