Inherent requirements:• Matric• 7-8 years’ experience in a similar leadership role• Strong leadership skills• Sales and operations experience• Willingness to travel• Excellent organizational and planning skills• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transportPreferred requirements:Relevant BCom degree or national diploma in commerce or safetyDuties and responsibilities:• Manage and resolve escalated client queries and complaints relating to all Business Unit operations• Drive internal up selling and marketing initiatives throughout the region• Write and present reports, business proposals and prepare tenders• Monitor client service level agreements and ensure KPIs are met• Ensure that the appearance and atmosphere of the business unit reflects those of an Occupational Health and Safety Training Centre and meets the requirements of corporate clients• Initiate and / apply pre-determined branch, regional or national marketing campaigns• Process requests for replacement staff to ensure no delays in service delivery due to a shortage of resources• Ensure good housekeeping of branch and surrounding area• Ensure skills gaps of employees are identified, measured, and addressed• Implement skills gap development plans for employeesCharacter Traits:• Well-spoken and effective communicator• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and meet deadlines• Self-motivated• Problem solver• People orientedInterviewing process:1 to 2 Panel interviewsReporting to:Operations Manager Please note should you not receive a response within one week of applying, you may consider your application as being unsuccessful.
