To provide effective and efficient export administrative support, inclusive of freight forwarding administration

Qualifications:
Grade 12, with Mathematics and English (on higher grade)

Experience/ Requirements:
At least - 4 years' experience in an administrative/ clerical role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE:
Providing an effective administrative support for export of products
Timeous and accurate preparation of export documents and administration, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, inter alia:
Assisting of container bookings
Linking of invoices on Navision (Syspro once the new system is implemented)
Labelling Correspondence Assistance within the Company
Administrative correspondence for exports with Freight Forwarders and Management
Export documentation in place for audit purposes (both external and internal audits)
Monitoring, follow-up and actioning Export Quality Claims to ensure all claims are resolved
Monitoring, control and follow-up of Export samples to external labs
Handle general enquiries appropriately
File administrative information appropriately and timeously
