Interested in joining our team?The position of Senior Manager, Project Portfolio is pivotal in overseeing NTT's client implementation complex project portfolio, optimizing resource allocation, managing risks, and ensuring successful project execution.
This leadership role contributes to the continual success in supporting the delivery of high-impact projects that generate business value for clients and enhance project profitability and client satisfaction for NTT.
It is a role in people management responsible for leading and supporting a client implementation project team(s) to attain their objectives and deliver optimal outcomes.
Working at NTTKey Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage project initiation by developing and ensuring approval of the project charter, identify and engage stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Identify, manage, and communicate changes (risks, issues, actions, and decisions) that may impact the project.
  • Solve problems and manage conflicts that may arise during the project.
  • Oversee project team members by assigning tasks and setting performance expectations.
  • Monitor resource allocation, timelines, and key metrics to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Conduct meetings with stakeholders to ensure effective project communication.
  • Monitor and control work input and scope to keep all projects on track.
  • Ensure projects and activities are executed efficiently and agilely based on agreed company methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Plan and manage program stakeholders, scope, activities, conflict resolution, and approach within and across a highly matrixed global organization through direct interaction, communication, regular status reports, and handling escalations when necessary.
  • Report on the financial progress of the project, control variances, and ensure approvals.
  • Follow the change methodology, participate, facilitate, drive deliverables, and manage feedback with senior leadership on the project for successful adoption.

Change Management (Lead/Participate if required)
  • Utilize a structured methodology (ADKAR, PROSCII) and lead change management activities.
  • Employ a change management methodology, process, and tools to develop a strategy that supports adoption of necessary changes for a project or initiative.
  • Support communication efforts.
  • Facilitate the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
  • Evaluate the change impact and conduct stakeholder analysis.
  • Perform impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Assist in training efforts.
  • Offer input, document requirements, and aid in the design and delivery of training programs.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Project Management, or related field.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is mandatory.
