What you'll be doing

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Guiding talent acquisition strategy to align with business objectives, including identifying talent requirements, devising recruitment plans, and implementing effective hiring strategies.
  • Managing candidate sourcing across various channels like job boards, social media, and networking to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Implementing candidate assessment methods and interview techniques to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Optimizing the recruitment process to ensure efficiency and compliance with labor laws.
  • Utilizing talent analytics and recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness and provide data-driven insights.
  • Staying abreast of recruitment technology trends and leveraging relevant tools to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, showcasing the organization's values, culture, and opportunities to attract top talent.
  • Driving continuous improvement in talent acquisition practices to enhance recruitment outcomes.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

  • Proficient in talent acquisition strategies, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines pertaining to talent acquisition.
  • Updated on talent market trends, competitor analysis, and recruitment technology.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement and relationship-building.
  • Ability to adapt recruitment strategies to meet evolving business needs.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.
  • Relevant certifications in talent acquisition.

Required Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and implementing best practices.
  • Experience in building positive candidate relationships and employer branding initiatives.
  • Proficiency in developing talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Understanding of talent analytics and recruitment metrics.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to align talent acquisition efforts with business needs.
