BCX (UCS TS) seeks a Distribution Admin Clerk.

The successful incumbent remains accountable for the daily activities relating to inbound and outbound stock / assets movement within his/her distribution centre and needs to ensure operational execution of the stock management process and associated controls, as defined within the " ITSM - UCS Technology Services Stock Management Policy", is delivered in an effective and efficient manner and in doing so ensure UCS Technology Services is positioned to provide quality hardware and / or onsite services to its customer base.


JOB CONTENT:


Ensure both inbound and outbound stock movement is executed in a timely, effective and efficient manner and executed in line in line with governing policy standards, controls and technology and in doing so, is positioned to return maximum value to overall stock management.

Ensure inventory levels are appropriately and effectively managed and duly controlled to ensure inventory levels are maintained in line with acceptable standards.

Ensures quality assurance standards are upheld, ensuring distribution centre's compliance to the ITSM - UCS Technology Services Stock Management Policy and associated controls are sustained.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
At Least 2 years administrative experience
Stock control
Financial background an advantage.

EXPERIENCE:
Good understanding of the total UCS Technology Services business model
Good understanding of stock management concepts and disciplines
Good understanding of UCS Technology Services financial process
Good understanding of customer environments / requirements
In depth understanding of client SLA's and the impact stock management has
In depth understanding of the ITSM - UCS Technology Services Stock Management Policy and associated controls
Good understanding of SLA's and the impact of stock management
Good understanding of management practices
Good understanding of basic financial and commercial factors
Good understanding of the Service Lines operations
Good knowledge of IT trends
Solid administrative background
Solid financial background
Solid computer hardware and software knowledge
