ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT UNDERTAKINGS: TASK GRADE 06-Road Accident Fund

To assist with the administration of active undertaking files in the Legal Cell to enable efficient and speedy finalization of claims assessment

Key Performance Areas:
Re-file the claims file into a separate Undertaking file by arranging all documents and flag
Relevant documents required to administer Undertaking.
Label file for proper identification.
Shrink files.
Update u/t system with outstanding information.
Capture claims/invoices received on excel and refer to claims handler.
Update excel spreadsheets in line with medical and legal assessment.
Keep daily stats of activities on Undertakings and related matters.
Submit Daily and monthly stats as required by Management.
Keep record of statistics.
Attend to queries from stakeholders pertaining to the bank details, payments and general
enquiries.
Maintain and apply a diary system used to pend matters to be followed up.
Record incoming correspondence and keep proper record thereof.
Request, return and keep record of files to and from the I/S, Medical and/or Legal cell.
File all documents on the relevant undertaking files
Make photocopies as required.
Send faxes when required.
Keep record of private telephone calls and submit accurate telephone accounts on a monthly
basis.
Qualifications and Experience
NQF Level 4 (Matric or Grade 12) qualification.
Relevant 1 year working experience in an administrative environment.
Personal Attributes
Proficiency in English and one other official language.
Good communication skills and telephone etiquette.

Good organizational, administrative and time management skills.

Remuneration

The total cost to company of minimum remuneration package applicable to this position is minimum R per annum, will be negotiable commensurate with experience.
