POSITION SUMMARY
- Ensure team collaboration for top-notch service and guest satisfaction.
- Check staff grooming and attire, and address any issues.
- Handle opening and closing tasks, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
- Assist in staff management activities like hiring, training, and evaluation.
- Uphold company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards.
- Welcome, assist, and show appreciation to guests professionally.
- Foster positive relationships within the team and optimize organizational efficiency.
- Perform physical tasks and duties as required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Related Work Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Supervisory Experience:
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.

License or Certification:
Not required.
