Job Description:

  • Audit and control contractor packs. Contractor register liaison with Training Centre
  • Engage contractor employees on the system, issue access cards and monitor activities
  • Coordination of the Department of Labour audit
  • Capture updated contractor employees certificates daily e.g. Medical certificates, KBC training records , Onsite induction
  • Present and share contractor packs status weekly to section heads and contractors
  • Generate monthly reports on SAP and Skycom
  • Administration of contractor employees safety incentives quarterly e.g. Ekhaya Bonus
  • Running of quarterly contractor meetings
  • SAP & Skycom integration to ensure data accuracy
  • Monitor and maintain errors on the Health Source report
  • Maintain accurate filing system
