Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Ensures maintenance objectives are met through the supervision and scheduling of staff, coaching, communicating job expectations, planning and organising work in adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Meets maintenance operational standards by ensuring that the team implements the Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule.
  • Contribute to new business initiatives and projects focusing on the impact on maintenance activities.
  • Effectively manage all maintenance issues and ensure they are carried out by relevant Technicians
  • Effectively schedule both internal and external work maximising planned down time and reduce unplanned down time.
  • Investigate, resolve and report on all maintenance issues, faults and repairs
Ensure that designated buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose
  • Manages routine calibration and maintenance requirements of all systems.
    - Ensures that processes and procedures are adhered to in order to maintain high standards of all work.
  • Supervision of contractors on site

The supervisor will be leading the following team:

X4 Technicians ( mix of Fitter/Welder/Millwright)
X1 Maintenance Assistance
X1 Assistant Stores person orders spares , job card admin
