Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Tertiary education (Diploma or similar) in Accounting
  • Sage 300 experience
  • Proven bookkeeping experience, as well as general office administration
  • MS Office and internet literacy
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Oversee creditors function
  • Responsible for cashbook payments and cashbook maintenance / processing
  • Credit card maintenance and processing costs into Sage
  • Create / capture sage journal entries
  • Accuracy of financial records including reconciliations
  • Clerical services in the accounting function
  • EQSTRA account maintenance and allocating vehicles to correct sites
  • Certificate preparation and invoicing
  • Credit control function
