As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting. You will work closely with senior management to provide insightful recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive financial performance.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
  • Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
  • Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts, including variance analysis and scenario planning.
  • Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and benchmarks.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and interpret financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as accounting, sales, and operations to gather relevant financial information.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Masters degree or CPA/CFA certification a plus).
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
