Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong foundational knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with common operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, cloud computing, and database management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
