Role and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and overseeing a specific market rollout for the product
- Maintaining an overview of Feature Team specific processes & structures
- Ensuring the Feature Team solution for a market is implemented & tested
FIT-To-Template Responsibilities:
- Conducting all FIT/GAP workshops & introducing template processes to markets
- Ensuring FIT-to-Template workshops result in FITs or pre-evaluated GAPs
- Organizing discussions on potential GAPs with the FT experts
- Maintaining documentation of findings according to centrally provided documentation approach
- Ensuring required data collection sheets are filled out
- Considering business and technical rollout activities in Feature Team´s wave planning/backlog
- Overviewing Feature Team specific defects and supporting coordination for defect resolution
- Planning and ensuring training is conducted
- Ensuring migration mapping workshops take place and result in final mappings
- Addressing authorization topics to the appropriate colleagues
- Supporting FT specific UAT planning, cut over activities collection & migration, and coordination during the stabilization phase.
