Experience:
Matric and 2-3 years sales experience in the healthcare sector
Own transport is essential
Good working knowledge of the State and Private Hospital buying process
Good understanding of Key Opinion Leader influence
Experience using the Microsoft Office Tools and presentation skills

Duties:
Serves customers by selling products; meeting customer needs, within their designated territory
Will be responsible for the Launch, Promotion and Sales within the territory to all Disciplines of Medical Personnel within State and Private Hospitals in the Territory
Will be required to learn the Company Products and become a Product Specialist for the customers
Will be responsible for Training all Medical Personnel on the usage and correct application of the product
Keeps management informed of market activity by accurately and timeously reporting on CRM system, and submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and territory marketing feedback
Plans to visit Key Opinion Leaders on a monthly basis and ensures that regular Key Opinion Leader Meetings are held on the territory
Plans to meet and exceed the minimum customer call rates as set by the Sales Manager
Monitors competitor activity by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; reporting to management
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Provides historical records by maintaining records on territory, customers, competitors and sales
Contributes to team effort by sharing competitor activity and product details as soon as these have been uncovered
Meets and exceeds sales targets as determined by Sales Manager
Attend evening and weekend meetings and Conferences as required
