REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 3 years proven track record in achieving sales targets at a head-office level
  • Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good general business knowledge and savvy
  • Detailed product knowledge
  • Detailed credit risk, legal risk and operational risk understanding
  • Knowledge of unsecured and secured lending products and the industry (including competing products, discounts and pricing structures)
  • Experienced understanding of business financial statements

  • Ability to understand a customers needs, requirements, challenges, opportunities and business practices and adjust sales pitch accordingly
  • Ability to structure lending solutions in combination with various products
  • Competent to deliver a sales pitch

  • Good understanding of the credit life cycle and scoring process
  • Ability to cold call and source new business and set-up new origination channels
