Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Systems Analyst to join our finance team and lead the implementation of SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and extensive experience with SAP implementation. This role is critical in ensuring our financial systems are optimized for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • SAP Implementation: Lead and manage the implementation of SAP in the finance department, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • System Analysis: Analyze existing financial systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization through SAP.
  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for SAP implementation.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize SAP modules to meet the specific needs of the finance department.
  • Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the system meets all functional and technical requirements.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the new SAP system.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user manuals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP features and best practices to recommend and implement continuous improvements.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis and SAP implementation, particularly in a finance environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP modules related to finance (e.g., FI, CO).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP implementation projects.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
