TAH Bellville is in search of a friendly and professional Telephonist to be the first point of contact to provide excellent Customer Service to both clients and internal staff.
If you are excited by the prospect of making a difference by giving great customer service to support the efficient running of the Bellville branch and TAH as a whole, then this job is for you.

Monday
- Friday 09:30 18:30
- Every second Saturday 8:00 13:00
WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM THIS JOB? _
- Job deliverables and main duties_
- Calls answered and directed courteously and efficiently.
- Interactions are friendly and professional according to reception standards.
- Clients are informed of any relevant promotions & complaints dealt with efficiently.
- New client details added accurately on the EzyVet System.
- Consultations and theatre procedures booked accurately.
- Filing kept updated.
- Operational problems reported to the Practice Manager.
TO BE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB YOU NEED_

Required Education, Certifications, and Work Experience:_
- 23 years' experience in a clientfacing/customer service/ switchboard role.
- Bilingual in English & Afrikaans.
- Computer Literate in MS Office.
- Product Knowledge.
- Ezyvet System.

- Industry exposure.
Skills, Knowledge, and Personal Qualities:_
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of TAH's services and offerings.
- Polite, friendly, and selfassured attitude.
