Reporting to the COO of the BIBC, this position requires an individual who is assertive, self-disciplined, organized; demonstrates excellent communication skills; can demonstrate computer and telephone skills; and; has an understanding of the importance of effective teamwork and understands the importance of confidentiality.
BASIC SALARY BAND
Package offered will be based on TCOE, and factors such as experience will be taken into consideration.

DUTIES
Work Output
- To receive and redirect telephone calls to the appropriate department and teams in an efficient and friendly manner.
- To maintain a helpful and confident manner when dealing with service users, visitors and staff in order to promote a caring and professional image of the BIBC
- To assist clients with enquiries over the telephone.
- To accurately record any messages taken and forward to appropriate person/department.
- To have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with all levels of staff, service users and visitors.
