Job Description:

  • The role involves managing the facilities of the company in alignment with the strategic goals.
  • Responsibilities include strategy and governance, facilities management, contract management, budget control, customer/stakeholder relations, monitoring and reporting, and team leadership.
  • Overseeing preventative and ad hoc property maintenance, infrastructure operations, fixtures installation and maintenance, facilities management of internal and external environment, office cleaning, fumigation, health and safety services, and security services procurement and management.
  • Planning, assessing facility conditions, estimating costs, preparing repair and maintenance specifications, monitoring service provider performance, and approving payments.
  • Developing and implementing maintenance plans annually, as well as reporting to relevant structures.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Architecture, with a relevant postgraduate qualification or professional registration.
  • Minimum 8 years experience, with at least 5 years in facilities maintenance/management at middle or senior level.
  • Proficiency in facilities management, project and maintenance management, Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, and working in multidisciplinary teams.
