Permanent: 15 hours per week
Start Date: 01 April 2023
Job requirements:
- Grade 12/ Matric is a prerequisite.
- A minimum of 23 years' experience in an administrative role is a requirement.
- Experience in a medical or private hospital environment will act as an advantage.
- Knowledge of Injury on duty administration will act as an advantage.
- Intermediate experience in the MS Office suite
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good active listening skills.
- Integrity and maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
- Pro Active
- Flexible and quick in responding to requests made.
Responsibilities
- Booking of daily clinic appointments.
- Receiving and making phone calls.
- Scheduling of medical evaluations.
- COID Administration management.
- Filing andgeneral office administration.
- Clinic data capturing.
- Keep notice boards updated with the National Health Calendar.
- Distribution of health information.
- Assist in arranging Health talks and inservice training which the OHNP will present.
- INCON reserves the right to not fill the position._
Pay:
R6, R6,400.00 per month
