Job requirements:

  • Grade 12/ Matric is a prerequisite.
  • A minimum of 23 years' experience in an administrative role is a requirement.
  • Experience in a medical or private hospital environment will act as an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Injury on duty administration will act as an advantage.
  • Intermediate experience in the MS Office suite
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good active listening skills.
  • Integrity and maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
  • Pro Active
  • Flexible and quick in responding to requests made.

Responsibilities

  • Booking of daily clinic appointments.
  • Receiving and making phone calls.
  • Scheduling of medical evaluations.
  • COID Administration management.
  • Filing andgeneral office administration.
  • Clinic data capturing.
  • Keep notice boards updated with the National Health Calendar.
  • Distribution of health information.
  • Assist in arranging Health talks and inservice training which the OHNP will present.
  • INCON reserves the right to not fill the position._

Pay:
R6, R6,400.00 per month
