Description

The Transaction Manager works directly with the Deal Management team for the assigned jurisdiction. Responsible for supporting daily and monthly activities for transactions in the Lending Business areas. Ensures effective and accurate management of transactions with a focus on risk mitigation and data quality. The main goal is to manage assets accurately while prioritizing clients and meeting their needs within a controlled risk framework.

Experience, skills, and capability

  • Relevant qualification
  • Accounts II compulsory
  • Regulatory Knowledge as applicable to the role (compulsory)

Core competencies

  • Ability to interpret transaction documents accurately to manage the portfolio effectively
  • Extensive experience in a diverse Specialised Lending product range
  • Strong numerical competency and articulation skills
  • Creating and managing amortisation profiles based on various attributes
  • Risk-conscious mindset, understanding operational and product risks
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles and reconciliation processes
