Summary:

We are seeking a talented Website Assistant to join our eCommerce team for a period of 6 months.


You will have a minimum of 1+ years' experience, be a self-motivated individual who loves the digital world, with a strong eye for detail and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting with the Headwater web development project. Sourcing & uploading content for new CMS as part of the rebuild
  • Responsible for basic site maintenance & uploading content on to the current Headwater website
  • Responsible for the execution of all promotions and marketing campaigns on the Headwater website
  • Liaise with the Creative & Product teams to ensure website is up to date, ensuring integrity and consistency of content.
  • Perform site walks regularly and flag any issues to senior Web Manager
  • Support with weekly insights on Headwater KPIs as well as any other supporting insights
  • Support the Ecom Executive with performance reporting on a weekly/Monthly basis
  • Supporting the Ecom team with any adhoc requirements

Freelancer Requirements:

  • Prior freelancing experience in a similar role
  • Digital Marketing/Ecommerce experience preferable
  • Experience using Google Analytics and Excel preferable
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Drive, with a proactive nature and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Previous experience with WordPress advantage but not essential.
