Purpose Of The Job:

Our Client is looking for an experienced Finance and Insurance consultant to join their busy Team. This position is available to start immediately.

Duties:
  • Working directly with customers to explain and recommend financing options, extended warranties, aftermarket products and other options
  • Finding competitive rates to encourage customers to purchase vehicles
  • Processing applications for vehicle financing and helping customers get approved
  • Verifying that all paperwork is completed correctly and filed properly
  • Maintaining strong relationships with lending institutions to have lots of program options and competitive rates
  • Seeking out new programs/products that benefit customers and encourage them to buy
  • Ensuring compliance by following all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Training the sales team on available financing and programs to ensure they promote them to customers
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an F&I role, with a proven track record
  • Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Must be target driven
  • Matric, NQF Level 4 or min 120 credits, RE qualification, NCA qualification, up to date CPD hours and proof of COB (where it was required)
  • Having a RE5 qualification will be an added advantage
  • Seriti experience an advantage
  • Knowledge of legislation, industry practice and the application of policy and procedures
  • Strong Communication and negotiation skills.
