REQUIREMENTS
WSET Level 2 or Cape Wine Academy qualifications preferred

Restaurant / Hotel Management Diploma a huge advantage

Min 3 years' Restaurant Management work experience within a quality restaurant / wine estate environment

Exceptional Wine & Food Knowledge and the technical service skills required to top standards

Excellent working knowledge of Coffee Production, Artisan Beers and premium beverages

Outgoing and bubbly personality with excellent people skills

Strong planning and organizational skills and a natural leader.
