Your areas of responsibility:

  • To carry out timeous preventive, planned and emergency maintenance on all facilities.
  • Provide multidisciplinary and technical support to the Facilities department.
  • Perform periodic inspections of facilities across site per agreed schedules and report all defects timeously.
  • Perform routine maintenance around the buildings including structural damage, roofs, doors, windows, ceilings, tiles, carpets, door locks, light bulb replacement, general painting.

Qualifications we are looking for:

  • Minimum of Grade 1 3 years Handyman, Maintenance or similar experience.
  • Certificate in Plumbing, Construction or equivalent technical qualification essential.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
