**Your areas of responsibility**:

- To carry out timeous preventive, planned and emergency maintenance on all facilities.
- Provide multi-disciplinary and technical support to the Facilities department.
- Perform periodic inspections of facilities across site per agreed schedules and report all defects timeously.
- Perform routine maintenance around the buildings including structural damage, roofs, doors, windows, ceilings, tiles, carpets, door locks, light bulb replacement, general painting.

**Qualifications we are looking for**:

- Minimum of Grade 12.
- 3 years Handyman, Maintenance or similar experience.
- Certificate in Plumbing, Construction or equivalent technical qualification essential.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
