Our client in Rustenburg is seeking a Payroll Administrator who can start immediately.

Requirements:

  • Degree
  • A minimum of 45 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Meticulous attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:
The duties of the Payroll Administrator will include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparation of employee payroll
  • Updating payroll information for promotions, demotions, transfers, terminations, and engagements
  • Maintenance of employee records and payroll transactions
  • Monthly and annual reporting of HR & BBEEE statistics
  • Coordination with the HR Department to ensure accurate employee data
  • Providing administrative assistance to the accounting department
  • Submission of midyear and yearend PAYE reports
Working hours 7 am - 3pm
