Job Description:

Reception Agent

First impressions are everything As a Reception Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.


What you will be doing:
Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service

Welcome the guests and attend to their queries and settlement of hotel charges.

Assist with bookings and Reservations.

Organized and good communication skills

Well presented

A fast pace environment able to remain claim under pressure

Front Office Guest Service Agent - Porters
Friendly people's person, welcoming

A flexible team member with good communication skills.

Physically fit to be able to assist guests and tour groups luggage

Full Drivers license for valet parking

Self motivated and shows initiative

Helpful and knowledgeable about Queenstown

Qualifications:

Your experience and skills include:
customer service experience
Service focused personality is essential

Additional Information

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the room locations, types of rooms, package plans and all hotel facilities
  • Conduct regular walk about and site inspections to familiarize with current hotel operational standards. Report any concerns to the Sales Manager
  • Be available to assist with site inspections for potential clients
  • Be available during busy periods to oversee events, which may be over weekends or late evening.
