A leading advertising company specialized in billboard and large format communication, with a broad national network of over 300 sites. Searching for a sales superstar to join their dynamic team.

We are looking for a highly motivated Direct Sales Representative to promote premium advertising space on our billboards across Johannesburg. While prior experience in the billboard industry is not mandatory, certain qualities are indispensable:

As a Direct Sales Consultant, your responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and qualifying potential clients.
  • Creating and delivering persuasive sales presentations showcasing the advantages of our billboard advertising solutions.
  • Negotiating and finalizing deals.
  • Establishing and nurturing solid client relationships.
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales activities and performance.

We provide a competitive compensation package that consists of:

  • A guaranteed base salary of R20,000 CTC for the initial 3 months. Subsequently, the base salary decreases to R12,000 CTC along with commission.
  • Potential uncapped commission depending on your performance. The possibilities are endless.
  • Comprehensive benefits package following the probation period.
